We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes full tracking
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking included

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. International customers may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes, which are not included in the order total.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Process Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Exchanges: Subject to product availability

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Socks: Due to intimate wear nature
  • Headwear: Specifically items that contact hair/skin directly

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved:

  • Pack items securely in their original packaging
  • Include all original tags and labels
  • Do not attach labels or tape directly to the product
  • Enclose a copy of your order confirmation or return authorization

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. For international returns, you are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with returns.

Refund Processing

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate the replacement item and size/color desired
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
